Beyond politics:For the first time in 2003 under good leadership, Vikky alias Vikas is known as Mr Vikash Tanwar Khedi. 
In a general discussion, when INSO organization was formed for the first time, he was appointed as the organization president of Government College Bond Kalan. Supporting which he was his dear friend.  Sandeep Parmar was appointed as the President. Later on reappointment Pradeep Parmar Bond Kalan became the head of this organization's Government College, Bond Kalan. Earlier, Rajiv Chauhan and Sher Singh Parmar were at different times in the Government College Bond Kalan, student organizations Chautala Party or  Similar was the head of organizations like INSO. Vikas Tanwar later left INSO due to family reasons.
